More and more companies are increasing their use of the telephone as the quickest and most convenient way of establishing customer contacts. It is essential that all members of the telesales team represent the organization in a professional and friendly way and communicate effectively to ensure that the business is continuous and not lost. If your telesales people are not trained properly, how much your company loses?

Program Objectives:

This program enables participants to understand & practice an effective sales call, it shows them how to plan what-to-say and how-to-say it, strategies, and techniques which help participants to become more confident, effective and more productive in selling. The program will achieve this through covering he following topics in an interactive manner:

  • Customer Service and Satisfaction
  • Buyer / Seller cycle
  • Opening statements that create Interest –not resistance
  • Helping people buy through Questioning
  • How to translate features into benefits for the buyer; and how to use suggestions and recommendations to stimulate buying decisions.
  • Telephone Challenges
  • Asking for, and getting commitments (closing)
  • Objection Handling
  • Account Maintenance

Role-plays an integral part of the course, trainees will practice the entire tele-sales process, as they will work with different situations and will play a different role in each.

Recommended Participants:

Call center agents, customer contact employees, telephone customer service reps, telesales reps and anyone who uses the telephone to sell products or services.
