This course is designed to help sales managers and supervisors in implementing effective strategies for enhancing the performance of the organization.   • Learn different planning tools in order to find the right formula of control over different team members.
  • Enhance their leadership and motivation skills essential to maintain a sound sales force department.
  • Apply the acquired tools and skills to related sales environment problems.
