Strategic Analysis of the Global Market

Market analysis requires the thorough examination of your customers, product, pricing, promotion, distribution systems, and competitors.   • Build a new marketing mix of product, price, sales, and distribution in order to improve performance.
  • Evaluate foreign markets
  • Know how to effectively utilize the different marketing channels with foreign markets.
